ensuring the quality of finished parts:
- Basler automated visual inspection systems
- Automated diaphragm testing for voids/pinholes
- Sealing pressure for check Valves using both air and water
- Flow rate testing for flow regulators
- Wear and life testing for drive shaft alignment bushes
- Life testing for drive shaft couplings
- Flexural modulus testing for drive shaft couplings
